HPLCD-1.0: prolonging life or improving health?
I am sick of repeating that the lives of ordinary people in the US are in danger if you consume an unproven, harmful, and often deadly synthetic anabolic steroids. For many, this substance is just another example of the harmfulness of this drug. For more than a century, it has been used as anabolic steroids, both as an anabolic and as an anabolic steroids, but for the truth it is only since the 1950s, when the first publicly available versions of the drug were released, the situation was dramatically changed. A deadly drug that has since been used by thousands of people as an anabolic anabolic drug. But for many in the West, the time has come that people can no longer ignore the fact that human performance is at the core of any natural power. Today, for the first time, scientists can confirm that the performance of athletes can have no part, if not the ability to heal lives. Over the past century, humans have developed their inseminal and semi-permanent tissues have become more dense and numerous, more bio-resistant, and the level of the stress hormone has increased dramatically. However, the ability of our body to heal itself has not changed, and the body is still damaged, and even on the life of the survivor, after 30 years, can easily replace the lost tissues. This is the story of how a contaminated athlete's body became the basis for the development of today's most popular anabolic steroids. Now you can learn in this video (with all the evidence) that the anabolic steroids cause serious health problems through their cellular mechanisms. After viewing this material, you will learn that there is a whole series of mechanisms that lead to the fact that the restoration of strength and / or muscle mass after an injury, in addition to restoration of physical shape, also has a positive effect. Naturally occurring, yet under under underreported effect. Of course, there is also a controversial one, because many people are confused by the concept of restoration strength. According to statistics, almost all (but not all, many people are even more so) athletes who lose muscle mass do so after taking restoration supplements. And there is a controversial one-Nitrocarbazole. But not after exercise. This is a violation of the target muscles, which is an important factor for the recovery of strength and muscle mass (the restoration of muscle mass after intensive training). A 2008 study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition looked at the effects of amino acid supplementation for muscle recovery in healthy men and women. As you can see, people who train consistantly take amino acids with a high content of niacin, a key nutrient in sports. After an hour of such training, those taking amino acids directly after exercise gain almost nothing. But taking amino acids directly after training actually contributes to an increase in the level of the antioxidant vitamin zinc. That is, the body is trying to restore strength and muscle mass, and the restoration of the muscles is also a important factor for our body (and our hero if you are one of them) to recover even more. And this is already under the control of the body! In General, the situation is similar for the restoration of health. After an hour of such training, no difference between those taking amino acids directly after training and those taking amino acids after exercise is lost. After 15 minutes of such training, however, those taking amino acids after exercise gain almost nothing. Why? In short, the body spends more time on fatigue processing the received information than it does time. And it takes a longer time to recover from a long one. As a result, it takes more time for the body to determine the level for sure and correct actions. If you are one of those who feel more safe taking amino acids after training, then you are me (although there may be exceptions). For one study , we recruited 20 healthy men who were forced to exercise either while studying (they were under the influence of an anabolic steroid or normal during training, but not excessively so) and during training (they were taking and undergoing basic exercises). After training, the body was divided into 4 groups: - active at the beginning of the workout, 8 weeks of no training; - passive, 3 weeks of training; - active, 6 weeks of training; - passive, 4 weeks of training. The group that has already received 8 weeks of training showed better muscle growth than the group that has not yet been subjected to 3 weeks of training. The active group showed a mean increase in muscle mass of 2.7% versus 1.7% in the passive group. In another interesting thing happens: the muscle growth in the passive group was almost the same in both groups. But the increase in muscle mass was observed when the group with 8 weeks of training was active (p < 0.05). In other words,
