That is, the body is trying to restore strength and muscle mass, and the restoration of the muscles is also a important factor for our body (and our hero if you are one of them) to recover even more. And this is already under the control of the body! In General, the situation is similar for the restoration of health. After an hour of such training, no difference between those taking amino acids directly after training and those taking amino acids after exercise is lost. After 15 minutes of such training, however, those taking amino acids after exercise gain almost nothing. Why? After training, the body was divided into 4 groups: - active at the beginning of the workout, 8 weeks of no training; - passive, 3 weeks of training; - active, 6 weeks of training; - passive, 4 weeks of training. The group that has already received 8 weeks of training showed better muscle growth than the group that has not yet been subjected to 3 weeks of training. The active group showed a mean increase in muscle mass of 2.7% versus 1.7% in the passive group. In another interesting thing happens: the muscle growth in the passive group was almost the same in both groups.
